  1. Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted only for:
    • Damaged, defective, or incorrect products received
    • Items not matching the description or order

  • Returns must be requested within 3 calendar days of delivery.

  1. Product Condition for Returns

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in the original packaging with all tags intact.

  • Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

  1. Refunds

  • Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund within 7–10 business days.

  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method used during purchase.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

  1. Exchanges

  • At present, we do not offer direct product exchanges.

  • Customers can place a new order for the desired product after returning the previous one.

  1. Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or personalized silk sarees and fabrics (if any)

  • Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
